HOW DO I SHOP?

Choose your desired size and color, put your favourite item in the basket and click on the "Check-out" button.
Acept our terms and conditions and finalize your order by confirming the "check-out" button. All orders that are processed on weekdays until 12pm are dispatched the same business day.

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:
- Payment via transfer
- Payment via Credit Card
- Payment via PayPal Express
- Payment via Sofortüberweisung (immediate transfer)


For deliveries to foreign countires we offer the following payment options:
- Payment via transfer
- Payment via Credit Card
- Payment via PayPal Express

We are currently shipping to the following countries:
Germany, (free shipping and returns) United Kingdom, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Luxemburg, Slovenia,  (costs of shipping 9,90€, returns not included) Bulgaria, Croatia, Estland, Finnland, Grece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Malta, Sweden, Zyprus. (costs of shipping 19,90€, returns not included)

WHICH SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

DHL
We ship all our parcels with our logistics partner DHL.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail stating your DHL tracking number, with which you can track your order online.

DHL PACKING STATION
We deliver to DHL packing stations.
Please be aware that big parcels might not be able to fit into your parcel box.

In this case your parcel will taken to a branch of Deutsche Post, where you can pick it up.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Please find the shipping cost in the following list:

Zone 1 - shipping free of charge for following countries: Germany .

Zone 2 - 9,90€ for shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Luxemburg, Slovenia.

Zone 3 - 19,90€ for shipping to the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estland, Finnland, Grece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Malta, Sweden, Zyprus.
For Countries, which belong to zone 2 and 3 we are not able to cover return shipping costs.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY TAKE?

All orders, which are placed until 1pm, will be dispatched the same day. Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 days !
If there is a delay in shipping we will inform you via e-mail. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES TAKE?

All orders, which are placed until 1pm, will be dispatched the same day. Deliveries abroad shall be made within 3 - 5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction) !

If there is a delay in shipping we will inform you via e-mail.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ARTICLES?

You can return your order free of charge in between Germany, 30 days after the receipt of your parcel.  
For free returns shipping in between Germany please use the prepaid DHL shipping label which you can create through a link in your shipping confirmation email. Please drop your parcel at a local post office or parcel shop. For returns from foreign countries please use a shipping company of your choice and send your returns to our warehouse address:

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ARTICLE?

Unfortunately we can not exchange your order. In case you don´t like your ordered size or color you can return your items in between 30 days after the receipt of your goods. Afterwards you have to place a new order. This is the only way we can assure you that your items are on stock and ready to be dispatched.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

In between 14 days after we received your returning parcel in our warehouse we will refund your returned items. .
The refund will be processed via the payment option you chose to pay your order with.
Please be aware that the products must be retuned unused.

IN WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU PRODUCE FARINA OPOKU PRODUCTS?

While choosing our suppliers we espacially keep an eye on the conditions inside the production facilities. We solely work together with companies, which are certified by external auditors (for example like TÜV Rheinland). These audits insure that there is no child labor, discrimination and neither unfair working hours inside the production facilities. Until now we produce in  the following countires: 
-Italy
-Spain
-Macedonia
-Turkey
-Pakistan
-India
